How Our Network Works for You
Who You Talk To
This page has no staff photos because the work is not done by Longgines Septic. When you reach out, we pass your request to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person you will speak with, and the one who does the job.
What Happens After You Reach Out
First, you describe the problem. Mention slow drains, gurgling, backups, wet ground or odors. Tell them how old the house is and if you know of past repairs.
Next, a provider follows up. Many can respond quickly, though timing varies. They may ask a few questions, then suggest a visit.
Finally, you get a written quote. You decide what to do. There is no obligation.
What to Ask a Provider
If you are a first-timer, a short list helps. Try these:
- Can you give me a written quote before starting?
- What do you think is causing this?
- How will you find the tank or line in an older yard?
- Will you check for old repairs or mixed pipe materials?
- What could change the price once work begins?
- Do you offer water well service, or can you point me to someone who does?
- Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?
Handy Checks Before the Visit
Some things are safe to do yourself. Note which drains are slow. Look for soggy spots in the yard. Keep heavy vehicles off the tank area. Stop using extra water if you see a backup.
Do not open a tank lid alone. Gases and falls are serious risks. That is where a pro takes over.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. Providers are independent, and the choice is yours.
