Longgines Septic is a referral service. We do not hire employees for field work. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent contractors who already run their own septic, sewer or plumbing business. If you want more homeowner calls in the San Juan Capistrano area, read on.

Who We Are Looking For

We want practical, honest contractors. You might handle:

• Septic tank pumping and cleaning
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Septic system and drainfield repair
• Water well service
• Older-home jobs with mixed or aging pipe

If you are comfortable with surprises under old yards, that is a plus.

What We Expect

Providers in our network work on their own. They should:

• Hold any licenses or permits their local area requires.
• Carry appropriate insurance for their work.
• Explain problems in plain words, especially to first-time homeowners.
• Give written quotes before starting.
• Be upfront about timing and availability.
• Treat homeowners with respect, even when the news is bad.

You keep your own prices, schedule and crew. You are responsible for your own work.

• A short note on the kinds of jobs you enjoy most

We will review your note and follow up if there is a fit. Sending an email does not mean you will be added to the network.
