How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Longgines Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Longgines Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know the limits, though: Longgines Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@longgines.monster and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
